A Beter 3-Ring Binder

This is what anyone continuing to live in a paperless culture who finds paper relevant is happy to have: a 3-Ring Binder that is east to grip plus durable with the rubber edge and hinge and comes with D-Rings which hold more pages while less likely to have that gap that allows paper to escape. There is a clear plastic insert sheet for the front and the inside of the cover has clear sleeves for loose paper as well. The only improvement I would like to see is the same clear sleeve on the outside back. Staples has produced a winner in humble products here.

I use these binders for my estate planning practice. Customizable by letting you print a page and put it on the front as well as putting a label on the spine. Professional looking; black and white. My choice for my estate planning practice.

sturdy and attractive binder

I use a different color binder for each college course I am taking. My classes are 5 to 7 weeks in length so I will have one Staples Better Binder plus 5 or 7 pocket folios with three-hole prongs in the same color as the binder to organize assignments. These binders have clear subject labeling spaces so each one can be reused for a different course later on and because they are so heavy duty each binder retains its "new look" for years. The binder rings are easy to open close evenly and appear to be resistant to rust.

Use these binders to keep customer orders/shipping info. Each customer has a different color binder so easy to find what I need quickly. More colors for binders would be helpful. I use the erasable tab dividers with these binders - they are very useful as well. The binders open and close very easily - a pleasure to operate. Keep those new colors coming!
