no skid surface is great on desk but makes it impossible to get in and out of briefcase/backpack.

Great binder. Soft edges keeps binder from sliding on smooth surfaces. Transparent cover laminate great idea also.

Throughout the school year I need to constantly rebuy binders for my grandson. They just didn't hold up to the wear and tear of being tossed in a locker or stuffed in a backpack. These binders are so durable.

I must confess I had a half off coupon for this product. I do like it very much. It is pretty sturdy and I like the one touch opening. I have to have the view binders because presentation is EVERYTHING. Jury still out on spine label; let's see if it stays put for a whole school year. I like the bright yellow it is one of our school's colors. And I will know that it's mine at a glance!

Excellent Binder

This binder worked great for me I used it to hold a machine manual and with the clear front sheet and spine label it looks very professional. It appears to be well made and was worth the money spent.
