I purchase one of these each year for records kept in our office for reference. We color code and use red for our purpose. There were no reds in any size this year. That is the only complaint. Otherwise these binders are easy to grab strong as an ox always open easily have great label options and look good on our shelves.

I use two of these spacious binders every year. They are very well made and meet all of my needs to keep my papers organized. I use two because I need one for January through June and one for July through December. I also buy the monthly separators so I can easily find any paper I need in a timely manner. These binders are easy to open and close and hold everything I need for a six month period. The colors are vibrant. I do label the time period on them but can find exactly the one I need just by seeing the color. They make my office a pleasant place to be.
