I bought this 1/2 binder to create a house budget book. I really wanted a 1/2 binder in the staples "better binder " but the smallest is an inch. Since this was my only other option I went with it and I am pretty happy with it.

Pages even a few don't turn easily on this binder so no more than three stars.
