I'm a stitcher and I use these to keep patterns organized in binders and often keep thread and other accesories in with pattern. I also use them to keep banking statements in a binder

I write a LOT of notes and tear out pages from mags and newspapers. Along with the three ring binders this is one of the best ways to get items organized without stacking them all over the place -- especially photographs.
