I use these for scrapbooking instead of big 12 x 12 pages. This size is easier to handle and I can use any thickness of notebook from 1/2 inch to 3 inches. It fits in bookcases doing things this size. They are also sturdy pages and hold up great. they are also clear enough to place things in and use on my copier.

I use the heavyduty for items that get a lot of use and need that and the medium weight for notebook of recipes etc. less used items yet protected.
