Not everything needs to be protected but when you want to keeps spills and stains off your recipes or instructions these sheet protectors from Staples do it for my projects. I am a retired educator and spend my time cooking and doing art projects From Stained glass to slip-casting ceramics; so I want my directions and recipes to last and yet be legible for as long as possible. For the price these sheet protectors offer both of these desires for long periods of use without needing to recopy originals. For me these sheets are a low cost guarantee for saving money and time.
