I am a teacher who puts most lessons and handouts in sheet protectors. Even the medium quality are very strong and do not break. They are clear and sturdy. You usually get 5 extra sheets in each pack.

I downloaded seven hundred pictures from my camera and then I copied four pictures to a page. I inserted two sheets of pictures into the plastic sheet and then I placed the sheets in a notebook that I purchased at Staples. The sheets were time saving but only thing I did not like was the finish was very smooth. This made it hard to insert the papers into the sheets.
