Top Of Sleeves Would Not Open

I have been buying these without a problem for over 10 years until recently. The last two boxes I purchased which were purchased on different days at different locations both had the same problem. The tops were sealed and would not open making these useless. I will never buy these from Staples again.

I am very pleased with the Staples Sheet Protectors. The 200 box is an excellent value. they are sturdy and easy to fill.
