I make albums of material about my grandchildren protecting their drawings pictures stories with sheet protectors. These protectors make sturdy albums that last through many many little and big fingers examining the albums as the children grow. I have 5 albums for Bobby alone and have started a new album for the youngest Nicole.
I'm in the process of creating notebooks for family members of photographs letters and other items -- a type of no frills scrapbook -- and these sheet protectors are excellent for this job. I also use them for an expanded directory for correspodence. The toploading sheet protectors help me find a home for photos and ltetters from family & friends after the items we want to keep leave the front of the refrigerator or the bulletin board.

These sheet protectors are made of a great light weight but sturdy material. I have had cheap ones in the pas that are so flimsy it's had to get the paper in the protector but these were just right. I would get these again in a heart beat. I often put an art project directions in each one consisting of about 5 pages as well as the small pieces of wood to go with the project and then carry them around without a binder. I wouldn't use anything else once the project is done I can just pop the sheet back in the binder and it really shows no wear!!
