Between a recipe collection and family history I've used a lot of these. They're also great for covering my main shopping list so I can use a grease pencil to mark off what I want to buy. Many other uses.

I purchased sheet protectors as a page holder for scrapbook pages. The protectors are acid free archival quality and meet standards for creating a great little scrapbook to "give away" in a loose leaf binder.
