I bought the Staples sheet protectors recently because safety boxes are full of documents folded into three parts and placed back into their envelopes. Such a storage system causes a great deal of bulk thereby taking up too much space making it difficult and time consuming to find things as well as difficult to close and lock the box. So I had an idea that I could take every document out of its envelope and flatten it out after which I could slide it into a Staples Sheet Protector and lay it flat in the safety box. I was eager to create this type of organization. I am 75% finished with this project and everything is easy to see read and find. So my idea is a successful endeavor and I shall continue to find more uses for this product which is sturdy enough and serves the pupose well. Denise Grempel p.s. Regarding your question below.... The Standard Protectors are light weight and easy to insert papers You can see the image very clearly. Buying the box of 100 was a good deal
