Using the sheet protectors is less time consuming and a better solution to saving magazine articles than punching holes in the pages and putting them into a binder.

Great product-Use it all the time

These sheet protectors allow me to organize everything from photos to brochures to keep track of everything about a destination or a project. They aresturdy and fit nicely in a ring binder for easy storage. I have tried several other organizers but have not found another with the versatility and strength that these holders have. the clear nature of the sheet protectors also allows us to see what is inside without having to pull them out and openning them like you would have to with a file folder. Overall a great product.

Sheet protectors get the job done

I am a piano teacher and I use sheet protectors for inserting 8-1/2 x 11 sheets of music into a 3-ring binder. I use this technique for all of my students. These sheet protectors really work to keep the sheet music in good condition and they allow the student to turn pages readily when the music continues for several pages. I keep a supply of these sheets in a binder entitled "Plastic Sheet Protectors" so I can easily locate the sheet protectors. I have also found that by trimming the edges of the 8-1/2 sheets by 1/4 inch on each side that they fit more easily into the sheet protectors.

WHEN YOU HAVE CATALOGS OF ITEMS THAT ARE CONTINUALLY USED WITHOUT THE PROTECTORS THE PAGES WOULD HAVE TO BE CONTINUALLY REDONE - A TIME CONSUMING BOTHER! THE SHEET PROTECTORS ARE IDEAL FOR MAINTAINING A GOOD CATALOG AND IT IS THE RIGHT SIZE FOR EVERY DAY 8x10 COPIES.
