I use these sheet protectors to hold sheet music pages in binders for my students. The protectors are the perfect weight for this. They are not so stiff that it's difficult to reach up with one hand and turn the page in a split second but not so flimsy that they flop all over the place as the cheap ones do. Sometimes their particular weight does make them harder to load (top-loading) but you learn how to bend the papers just right. Just don't put them in upside down as one of my pupils did! His papers were constantly falling out the bottom until I insisted he flip the sheets around!

These are just perfect for use in my classroom. I use these in binders to keep frequently used papers from being lost or torn. I also use the sheet protectors with my students. I can insert a worksheet inside and then let students use expo markers to work out problems. Afterwards I can save the worksheets for another student next year. Since teachers are limited in the number of copies we can use this saves the amount of copies I need to print. These are durable enough for use in the classroom with older students.

I have found these page protectors to be as good as any other brands' protectors of the same weight. I use them for record books recipe books and reference binders for different jobs. Buying them in a 200 pack makes for a good deal.

Standard sheet protectors

These sheet protectors are made of a great light weight but sturdy material. I have had cheap ones in the pas that are so flimsy it's had to get the paper in the protector but these were just right. I would get these again in a heart beat. I often put an art project directions in each one consisting of about 5 pages as well as the small pieces of wood to go with the project and then carry them around without a binder. I wouldn't use anything else once the project is done I can just pop the sheet back in the binder and it really shows no wear!!
