Does the job - at a reasonable price

I love the 200 pack of Staples Standard Sheet Protectors - I just wish they would make a larger (maybe 500?) pack. The plastic is just the right weight - not wimpy like some competitor's lightweight sheet protectors nor so thick you can not open the sleeve like other heavyweight protectors. I guess we could call these sheet protectors "Goldielocks" - because they are just right. I use hundreds of sheet protectors each month and love the weight and price of this product. I always reach for the Staples brand.

Standard Sheet Protectors

These are easy to handle and use. Papers and photos slide in without any problem and they are held securely. I dropped my finished project and had no damage. I was looking for the archival quality and also acid free. I am working with old papers and photographs as well as new so these fit the bill. My only concern will be to see if they hold up without mildew during the summer humidity.

I am currently teaching 7th and 8th grade Math in New York. I use these sleeve protectors for the pages in the Module binders. I like how they protect the pages and keep them from becoming dog-eared and ragged. I also use them to protect one copy of each worksheet quiz or test that I create as well as a copy of each answer key. Everything stays clean and fresh to be used again the following year. Another way I use these sheet protectors is with dry erase markers. I have students put a worksheet or activity in the protector. They can use the markers to complete the activity. When they are finished they wipe the marker off and it's ready for the next student!

These are great products. They are easy to open and slide pages in and out of. Can't go wrong with Staples brand products. Same quality as name brands for less cost.
