Sheet protectors get the job done

I am a piano teacher and I use sheet protectors for inserting 8-1/2 x 11 sheets of music into a 3-ring binder. I use this technique for all of my students. These sheet protectors really work to keep the sheet music in good condition and they allow the student to turn pages readily when the music continues for several pages. I keep a supply of these sheets in a binder entitled "Plastic Sheet Protectors" so I can easily locate the sheet protectors. I have also found that by trimming the edges of the 8-1/2 sheets by 1/4 inch on each side that they fit more easily into the sheet protectors.
