I am in the process of compiling printouts of recipes into binders and these sheet protectors are perfect for this. Not only do they allow me to have individual recipes neatly stored but when I am using a particular recipe (either by opening the binder to that page or removing that particular sheet) the sheet protector keeps the recipe clean and is easy to wipe off if spatters occur.
