I use these for class outlines and doing presentations 1:1. Easy to change out pages and keep current organized and tidy. Last summer forgot binder with pages in these protectors in the car and did get ink transfer inside the protectors from my ink jet pages:>(

I use the sheet protectors for a number of purposes: Recipes in my loose-leaf binder Photos mounted on paper with written description Lab reports in my personal medical notebook (I'm diabetic) These are "just right" as for thickness and durability as well as visual display.
