These are a must have for when I print out a recipe..... I put the pages in a heavy duty Staples brand binder with colourful dividers....the recipes are protected from any kitchen spills while cooking.....I have just about finished my first box of 100 count and this time I ordered the 200 count......I found out that the medium weight is just right as I did not want the lightweight or heavy for this cookbook project!!!!!

These are tough protectors; strong not flimsy and the reinforced siding (holes) take a beating.
