I love to cook and began a very large project of putting ALL my recipes from the mid-60's to the present in a couple (or more) large 3-ring D-ring binders and uncluttering my kitchen. I love the top loading sheet protectors for the simple fact that I can remove the sheet right from the binder stick a small piece of tape on the protector & tape it to my cabinet at eye level & easily prepare my dish without any problem of getting my recipe wet! Just a quick wipe remove the tape and pop the sheet back in the binder when I'm finished!
