I like these protectors because they are just the right weight -- not too heavy and definitely not lightweight. I also like the 200 count package which is a good deal for the money. Regarding the last question I did not get a free sample nor am I an employee or affiliate with the brand. The 3 hole punch fits any notebook or presentation folder. Any printed or written material I use can be seen clearly through the plastic sheeting of these covers. These covers are practical and easy to use.
