Good weight for protecting sheets. If too thin they are harder to insert page. Medium is good for general use. If something is handled frequently and you need more durability I'd get the thick. Just depends on your need.

Sheet protectors are of adequate quality but they were so tight in the box the protectors were all wrinkled. I needed to place a heavy book on top of the protectors to allow them to lay flat.
