I have been using these folders for many years. They not only protect but do not stick to the inserts. The inserts are very clear. I have used more expensive sheets but these are the best for anybody's money.

These sheet protectors are clear and the plastic is sturdy enough so it doesn’t tear when you are loading them and using them in a binder. The holes are prepunched for standard binders.
