My husband has Alzheimer's disease he collects Family pictures Local newspaper clippings magazines and brochures with pictures and stories. He uses the sheet protectors for all them so he has something to look at or read later.

These are a must have for when I print out a recipe..... I put the pages in a heavy duty Staples brand binder with colourful dividers....the recipes are protected from any kitchen spills while cooking.....I have just about finished my first box of 100 count and this time I ordered the 200 count......I found out that the medium weight is just right as I did not want the lightweight or heavy for this cookbook project!!!!!
