We use sheet protectors out on the plant floor to display all kinds of information so the information doesn't get dirty dusty etc. The Staples Standard Sheet Protectors does exactly what it is supposed to do.

lNeed a sturdy binder for large volume of sheets. The combined weight will pull the rings apart and slip through the crack if your careless. Then you have to reinsert the sheet in the rings.

Excellent sheet protectors!

I have used these sheet protectors for many projects including filing recipes by placing each one in a separate sheet protector which protects the recipe while you are cooking in the kitchen. These protectors are just the right weight and totally clear which is different than others I have used in the past. Others are often too heavy or not totally clear.

These sheet protectors are the best I've found on the market because they are true to size and will easily fit standard letter size paper. Many other brands are cut just a little smaller and it's sometimes very difficult to slide paper into them but Staples brand protectors actually do accommodate letter size paper without having to crinkle or bend it. They understand that 8.5 x 11 means the inside dimensions have to be that size not the outside dimensions. For that reason alone these are the only sheet protectors I use.
