These are great for a standard 8.5 x 11 inch sheet of paper. They have holes for a 3-ring binder so I didn't have to punch holes myself. I'm using these for my miscellaneous collected recipes from magazines and ones I've hand-written on standard sized paper. I can use most of the recipes without removing from the sheet protector and the paper doesn't get spills.

The medium weight works well for moderately used documents. I typically pick this weight. I would recommend. The heavy ones are best of course but not worth the added cost when these work just fine and appropriately for everyday moderate use.

I usually buy the heavy weight sheet protectors but thought I'd try the medium weight. The medium weight sheet protectors are flimsy and light. I prefer the heavy weight ones which are more sturdy.
