I was unable to use the dividers. I am putting clear plastic sleeves in a 3 ring binder. Those sleeves are too wide for the dividers. My only choice was to put tabs on the clear sleeves. The dividers were useless for this assignment.

The tabs allow easy insertion of labels and are fastened to the divider so tearing them off the page when they are used to turn pages to various sections is not a problem. Having four sets per pack is good for those long detailed papers.
