This is my go to binder when I need something really sturdy and long lasting for my kids to use. I can't tell you how many times I have tried cheaper binders only to find that they wear out really quickly.

The easy to open feature and the D-ring is why I bought this. It has been durable and easy to insert pages and page protectors.

3" Heavy Duty View Binder with D-Rings

I was very pleased with these binders. I especially liked the view capability where you could insert a cover photo or cover information in the binder cover to clearly identify what is in the binder. It also was nice to be able to do the same thing on the spine so you can readily choose the correct binder when they are all on the shelf. The rings were easy to open but still strong enough to stay closed through heavier use and when the binder became fuller. I would recommend these binders for medium to heavy everyday use. It was also nice to have the clear plastic slots on the covers to hold items that you did not want to put holes in such as original documents for copying etc. The quality seemed very good. I have not had any of the vinyl crack or split on the covers even after very heavy repetitive use. I use these for bookkeeping purposes so they are used many times a day and filled to maximum capacity by the end of the year. I will continue buying them especially when staples has their specials. It is well worth stocking up on them at that time.

We found exactly what we were looking for in your wide variety of binders transferring our plastic-covered pages--also purchased at Staples--into the new binder immediately. Your staff is most helpful although we have some concern about the limitation on your Epson printer inks #78.....

We are starting a huge remodeling project and we needed a way to organize all the documents receipts etc. We found this heavy duty large binder on sale and are happily staying organized. Great price and great quality
