I recommend these binders to all my clients and I won't buy any other binder. When my clients go off and try to buy cheaper...they end up with a binder that falls apart and then they end up buying my recommendation from then on. They are the best priced binders especially if you catch them on sale or have a coupon! They hold up to being transported back and forth weekly and monthly. I have never had a binder cover rip apart and the view in the front and side are great for easy labeling with plain paper so at a glance from a shelf and/or a desk you don't have to go through binder after binder finding the one your looking for!

Great binder

I have been using these heavy-duty binders for years and I will continue to do so for years to come. As a business owner I have a lot of documentation that I need to keep and these binders keep me organized. They hold a lot of paper and I am able to keep all of my customer's files and company files organized and neat. The D-Rings allow me to turn the pages in the binder with ease because believe me I have many pages of data. And the overall value for these binders make it even more of a no brainer for me to continue buying them. I highly recommend this product/

4" Staples Heavy-Duty View binder red

The binder's metal D-rings don't stay closed on one of the two I purchased. So when I flip through my inserts they get caught on the D-ring and rip if I am not careful. they are also way too big so I would downsize the next time before I purchase again. I like the inserts on the cover and side for putting labeling information and I like the color red. This would be perfect if it folded into one of those desktop briefing notebooks or binders. They are hard to find but deskside briefs remain very important.

This is a BIG RING binder that is sturdy & the rings are strong. However use caution when flipping a lot of pages at once because the rings albeit are strong too much pressure will case them to open slightly. Other than that this is a good multi-purpose binder.
