I use these in my law office for the purpose of organizing my clients' Estate Planning documents. It includes an avery 8 or 10 tab divider set which begins with a title page index and Living Trust provisions summary. After that comes the Declaration of Trust the General Assignment the Pour-over Will Certification of Trust Personal Property Disposition Form Durable Powers of Attorney (finances) Advanced Health Care Directive Privacy Act Waiver and copies of any Deed by which home and other real estate have been transferred into the Living Trust. Clients love it!

The Staples brand view binder is solidly constructed and comes in many colors. The binder is a little less in cost than Avery but the same quality. Worth considering if you're looking for a ring binder.

These binders cone in a wide assortment of colors and a view-through cover. The 3 ring binder is solidly constructed and a competitive price. You should check these out before purchasing a binder.

This binder is sturdy and has the perfect sleeve for putting a cover sheets in. The biggest problem with binders are the rings. They don't always stay shut and papers fall out. However this one has total closure rings that don't allow anything to escape. I used these binders for a upper management presentation and they were a huge success. They have pockets on the insides to allow room for more storage. I can not say enough good things about this product and am so glad Staples is right around the corner from job to make getting them so easy.

Rings hard to open and close. Do not stay closed when fairly full. SHowing signs of wear already.
