Shipping problem

Ordered 24 binders; first shipment had only 12 but the pacing slip showed 24 shipped. Contacted Staples and 12 additional were sent. However the balance of the original order was also sent so now I have 12 binders to return. The problem could have been avoided if the pacing slip would have stated that 12 more were sent and 12 additional were coming.

I love these binders from Staples - as they have all the features that I want in a binder: D-Ring view cover and spine great variety of colors and the binders hold up well.

I have been buying this type of binder for a long time as I use it to hand out training materials. This was my first buy from the Staples brand. The quality was as expected. I liked was that instead of many different pieces of paper to be removed before use all I had to do was to pick off a small sticker in the back: less waste and time. If nothing changes I will continue buying these.

Basically we bought this over others because of the color. It's fine for the price; nothing more.
