Mid weight for document storage

I pur hasrd these for storage of nonprofit association documents as meeting minutes reports membership lists and paid invoices. The pockets on the outside front and spine make for great contents specification and interior pockets for the odd bit of paper or list of contents. I would not use the binder for everyday heavy duty use. Don't overload- the metal closures can mis-align catching papers in their grip.

3" Staples Standard View Binder

Purchased these binders to create a library storage system for my church choir music. The old ones have been wearing out due to use and the new units enabled me to store music more efficiently. In addition I have quite a lot of additional space for new songs.

This binder was picked up to hold some pictures using plastic holder. But my son needed it to hold 700 pages of a book (he printed out at Staples also.) The woman in printing was so helpful to him. It was the first time using an USB to copy papers. After coming home he needed a binder and and I had just purchased this binder. It fit all the papers and could have fit even more.

Sturdier than a 5th Grader

We bought this binder for our fifth grader. Their teacher requires them to keep all homework worksheets and tests for the entire semester. So it gets filled completely and is used multiple times per day. Other than the doodling on the cover it looks just as new as the day we bought it. This binder is very well made!

I have purchased this binder many times and in different colors. I use this binder forbwork and have used to store many reports. Another thing I like about these binders is that they are very sturdy and have lasted through many moves and time. The only negative thing I can report is that sometimes I have over loaded the binder with too much paper and the rings will sometimes warp. Other than that I have found this binder easy to open and close and the paper does not crunch when closing.

Standard View Binder with D Rings

The 3" binders with the D Rings are the right item for reports that must be retained in paper form. The D Rings appear study (just purchased) and make it easier to go to a section and review information without having a lump of paper like you would with the circular rings. The view pocket allows for easy folder identification on the front and spine. The ability to purchase in different colors allows for quick department determination (using color specific binders for different departments). Satisfied with the product.
