We use these binders for our demolition projects...we're able to slip a printed 8 1/2" x 11" title sheet into the vinyl sleeve and end pocket it makes it easy to view when selecting a specific project. Indexed tabs make it easy to organize the various documents and add pages as the project progresses. We use all white which makes our project shelves look neat and uniform. The binders are durable and hold up under the project managers abuse. When the project closes we remove all pages clean it up with a disinfectant wipe and reuse for the next project.

Mom's 90th Birthday!

Mom just celebrated her 90th birthday and we wanted a special book for her to have those who came to her celebration of life to sign and write a message of love or recalling a memory with Mom. We used this notebook in which we added photgraphs of Mom from over the years and photos of family and friends. We made a special cover which we inserted into the outside sleeve of the notebook. In addition to photos and wishes we later glued all her cards in the notebook so that she could look at them over and over. We hav about 75 relatives and friends who were happy to sign her memory book and wish her well.

Staples has it all

Staples always seems to have just what I need when I need it and even some things I didn't know I needed when I went to the store for something else!!! I had a recent need for a binder to hold articles for my grad school class and bingo they had just what I needed. I get my printer ink here as well and the price is good. When they have their copy paper on sale I usually stock up on a ream or two. Staples saved the day last Christmas when I needed to ship something to my sister in New Jersey and the post office had already closed when I got out of work but Staples was open and I got my sister's gift in the mail. Woo hoo yay for Staples!

Bought this binder to replace a broken one. Was not sure of it since it was the least expensive one for its size. However the quality is excellent so I will not hesitate to buy more when I need them.

Excellent for Journal Savers!

This may sound like an odd use for this large notebook but I type my journals and at the end of each month print them off. I keep a years worth in these large binders then file them in "my" section of the storage area in the garage. They also make excellent photo/scrapbooks for special vacations--such as a recent 30-day trip to South America.

BINDER WAS AN EASY CHOICE. CHEAP ENOUGH TO USE FOR EVERYDAY AND STRONG ENOUGH TO HOLD A TON OF TREES. I USE IT TO KEEP SERVICE BULLETINS IN FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR.

3" Staples Standard Binder with D-Rings

I bought several of these binders to keep financial and other yearly records in one binder and in one place. The 3" Staples Standard View Binder with D-Rings (white) are definitely high quality. I'm very happy with them so far. The only thing that I'd do to improve the rating and the useability is that especially with three inches the binders should come with a front and back plastic partition so that the front most or rear most sheets don't get ripped when opening and closing the binders. I've used many binders in the past and the ones with the plastic insert or guard are the best for protecting the papers when moving the papers from one side of the binder to the other especially when opening or closing the binder itself.

Great title!

This is a great binder for the price. Others were much more expensive and I find that this binder does the job and holds up very well. I keep all of my yearly tax documents in the binder and it stores very nicely so that if I have to go back and review prior tax years I can get the binder without any difficulty. It also has an outside cover so that I can indicate the tax year nicely as well as inside pockets to store miscellaneous information. I purchase this type of binder every year and will continue to do so in years to come/1
