They have proved very useful for organizing my craft room. They hold flat die-cuts I made for future use and small objects that aren't too bulky.

These are very helpful if you need to store multiple papers in one bunch. Unlike regular sheet protectors these have the ability to expand open on the side opposite the opening so that you can put in many more papers. I have put in 1/4 inch thick stacks of paper and it was able to accommodate them easily. The opening is at the right side of the protector not at the top and as stated has a zip closure (think the ziploc baggies that you can push the two sides together and they lock together). Having the ability to close it instead of things easily falling out is truly helpful - especially for anyone that might be a bit clumsy like yours truly.... At only 50 cents a piece they aren't built to accommodate huge stacks of paper they are fairly lightweight. But since I didn't need something that was ultra heavy duty these really do the job well.

Really unique and useful product

I love this product! I work in a school and I use it to keep similar projects together - student lists items related to graduation items related to testing etc. I oversee our school's On The Job Training program and I use these files extensively for that program. I am able to keep the student packages together. I can organize the different forms I use and everything is in a relatively water- and dirt-proof file so that I can take it with me when I visit student work sites. The only way this product could be any better is if it came in different colors say a package of all light yellow light green light blue or light red and also a variety pack. That would really make organization a cinch! Thanks Staples for a great product!
