Works well sometimes hard to open. But does the job.

pre-punched holes keep snagging on binder rings

I've tried submitting this review before but it didn't show up. I'm trying again. The problem with these heavy duty plastic page protectors is that the pre-punched holes keep snagging or hanging up on metal binder rings when turning the pages from one side of the binder to the other. This happens even though the two halves of the metal binder rings seat solidly evenly and smoothly when closed at the top. I suspect the design flaw is in the pre-punched holes which don't always line up properly with the binder rings. Sometimes it's very hard to slide these page protector over the rings because the bottom of the pre-punched holes rub tightly against the metal. If they were properly punched these pages would swing right on over no problem. Also it's very hard to open these sheet protectors from the top. They stick together and one has to insert one's hand all the way down inside to separate front from back so that a paper sheet can slide through easily. These are poorly designed so I'm only giving them 3 stars -- and that's being generous.
I've been using these for some time. I was close to running out and made the mistake of purchasing another brand sight unseen. Big mistake! So I'm back to the ones that are perfect for my project.
