Prepunched holes don't slide easily over binder rings.

I've experienced that the prepunched holes in these sheets don't quite line up correctly with the metal rings of many binders -- D-rings in particular -- and don't slide over easily. They have to be babied and forced and they often snag and hangup on the junctures where the two ring halves close even when they're closed evenly and smooth when rubbing my fingers over them. The design flaw isn't in the binder rings it's in the prepunched holes. These need to be punched so they line up correctly with three-ring binder rings. I've often had to take a hand punch and make those holes bigger before they would work. Very frustrating! Also these page protectors don't open easily and it's hard to slide sheets down into them. Their design and manufacture needs to be improved.
