I have purchased dozens of DYMO LabelWriter printers over the years and have loved them. But now seeing that the new generation prohibits use of generic labels is a deal breaker. I loved the built in network jack on this latest model, but no way I will purchase if required to purchase only your overpriced labels.

I purchased this DYMO for our company as it meets all of the security standards for them but I am having a hard time just purchasing labels for it. I was sent 3 rolls to replace the ones I have but I can't seem to find labels that work for this one easily. Everyone shows the ones needed but then says may be sent a different kind which turns out to be the ones I can't use!

I am dissapointed with the product, only the dymo labels are accepted, way over priced. Also most frustrating feature is that I have to always restart the printer when I need to print, so frustrating!

I have owned this for years and it's the best investment I've ever made! It is easy to use, economical, and label reorder is a snap. It is so useful for anyone with diminished handwriting ability. I can't say enough good things about this product!
Our customers often buy Dymo Labelprinters that are configured remotely or we send them a Dymo Printserver. Our DHCP is managed by another department. So these devices are terrible. We have to send someone to the location to configure them with USB with the Dymo software. Back to 1999, why can't these device be configured through ethernet.
Why is there no webinterface or Telnet Server?

Hello.
We apologize our product did not meet your expectations. We would like to inform you, these printers are designed for local networks only, they might be working on virtual servers but it has to be done from your developers using SDK's from our website and we consider your feedback and take that as suggestion to improve ourselves.
