Too flimsy

I wish Staples would bring back the Avery binders. These store-brand binders are just too flimsy and not easy to use. Paying a bit more for higher quality would definitely be worth it. I may have to find another store that sells better binders.

iT OPENS EASILY FOR ADDITIONS TO THE SUBJECT. ALSO LIKE THE FACT THAT YOU CAN PUT THE SUBJECT TILE ON THE END POCKET AND THE FRONT OF THE NOTE BOOK.

MAKING IT COMPACT AND NEAT.

Having theses binders which are large enough for the project they will be used for and in the same color with the ability to obtain more if necessary in the same size and color makes things compact and neat. My ongoing project keeping a printed copy of ever growing printed material for users to peruse prompted this purchase. As the number of binders will continue to grow having matching color makes the project look professional by that neat orderly and easily identified. The option of various sizes allows me to monitor the number of pages of each binder thus not too large but always large enough.

Not as good as Avery

Our local Staples has replaced the Avery binders with their own store brand and while I appreciate the fact that they're a couple of dollars cheaper they are definitely cheaply made. Fine for kids but not for business use. If you buy them be sure to check out wrinkles and other quality issues before you leave the store.

Genealogy Organization

I like these binders for keeping my genealogy files. I can keep important documents in archival quality clear plastic sleeves use pocket dividers and find things far more easily than in a file folder. I have a separate binder for each major family. When that binder is too full I break down the family into smaller groups and use more binders. It helps to have different color binders andI love the plastic sleeves on the outside of the binders so I can put some family pictures along with the name.
