3 ring binder

I'v been purchasing 3 ring binders for a local community band for several years. Typically I'll pick up the Avery "Heavy Duty" binders. Although they say "Heavy Duty" they're not or at least for what i need them for. We'll put apprx 300 pages into a 2" folder. The handling and use they'll last about a year before they need to be replaced. The rings just don't stay together. I've recently purchased the above view binder which appears to be a little more rugged. At least the rings are a little thicker and they lock in place with the upper and lower locking tabs. We'll see how these last. We have some older folders that have heavy duty locking tabs. You can't open these with a crow bar. However neither Staples or your competitors carry these "Heavy Duty" binders in your stores.

Son's IEP and school information

We use this to hold all my special needs son's information from school and about school. We make chronological listings as well as by category (regular school info IEP info IEP reviews class room performance etc). The Binder is opened a minimum of three times a week and gets a fair bit of use being referenced. It works great because it is durable and strong. It can really take a lot of use and not show it. We also like the vinyl covering because it doesn't age at all and doesn't show wounds it receives when I accidentally drop it. Great product.

I have purchased these in several sizes and they are just as good as the Avery binders just more reasonably priced.

I have always liked Staples binders and three rings. They are very sturdy and hold up well without cracking or peeling. I would recommend product to a friend. I especially like the binder in white because it is easy to read a label on white. They are lightweight and easy to carry in backpacks or briefcases.

I have purchased these binders on many occasions from Staples. They are a great price and they are always in stock. I can either go to the store or have them delivered to our office. I am very happy with the sturdiness and the amount of papers it can hold. The last order was for a dozen of them and they arrived the next day. As our plant is built we will order more and more. If you are looking for great products and great customer service Staples is your place to go. They are friendly and always willing to help.
