I like the way the rings are connected to one side of the binder and not both. It makes it much easier to use.

Staples Brands Are Good Quality

Good array of colors. Our school system is very specific when it comes to what students need. I have found these Staples brands work very well. The kids don't need the "Heavy Duty" binders. They also are required to have specific colors for each subject.

View Binders Are Wonderful

I bought a one and a half binder only because a one inch was to small and they did not carry a two inch binder. I use view binders in my business because you can insert an appropriate title page in the front and back making it easy to see what you are working with as well as the insert space on the spine when it is on a shelf. This allows for recirculating a binder because you have not written on it or put a permanent label on it. Saves money in the long run. The D-Ring option has proven over the years to be the best. Pages do not get "snagged" and become unmovable or at best out of alignment.
