I am using this binder to organize my "paper" flow. I have sections for current mail things I have to address next month keep for a while and a one for each person in the family.

Lots of flexibility to customize including the clear pocket on the front cover and side binding. Used this for 2 projects which turned out very professional-looking and easy to view.

Make the front clear cover more sturdy-- the binder held up well all school year but the clear cover which held title page ripped on all durable binders purchased

My kids use these and they LAST ALL YEAR. They cost more than some of the other brands but think about the money you save by only buying one per class per school year. We actually are getting our second year out of them.... We love them !
