Hard to get in and out of backpack

The rubber grip edges are not good when you are trying to get these binders in and out of backpacks. I bought three binders for my 7th grade son that is average with taking care of his school supplies. (His sisters did not want these binders and I am glad they didn't. One of his sisters is better with taking care of school supplies and one is MUCH MUCH rougher on school supplies.) The clear plastic covers are made of a brittle plastic. The clear plastic on all three binders was torn after just three days of use. Part of the problem was due to the rubber grip edges and trying to get the binders in and out of a backpack.

I purchased the same binders for my son 4 years ago and he finally needed new ones. They are worth the extra money. They are very durable.
