We use these binders for home school purposes. I love how easy they are to open and close. The rubber edging on the cover is a really smart touch because it prevents the binder from slipping out when I grab something else from the shelf.

The Binder is durable with easily closing rings. Rings also close evenly. The binder is used for course materials and is easily customizable and easy to read & study from.

I have been looking for good binders to organize my personal documents and also my non-profit organization materials. This is the first one I found that I really like. It's durable and it's good looking. I bought four diffeent colors. They look clean and neat on my file cabinet.

The rubberized edges certainly help the durability aspect however they also make it difficult to slide into a bag. A material of a more sleek nature would help to put it into a backpack or bag. The same rubberized hinge is perfect for durability. The "D" rings are very durable and close properly. The one-handed tab for opening the "D" rings is a bonus in the ease of operation. The matte finish on the cover sleeve lends to a more durable look and feel. The pockets on the inside of each cover are durable but could use a little more give to accommodate thicker booklets and pamphlets.
