I like getting the three colors and black in one package. I tried the black Staples replacement but not with the replacement colors. It didn’t work without them (not sure if mine were empty). So after reading the comments about the replacement product I went back to the HP brand never knowing if the full set of he cheaper product would have worked. I paid more and they work fine as always.

I've been using these for a year now without any problems. The yellow ran out on my HP 8620 printer and when I replaced the cartridge it says the cartridge is damaged and it is unable to be used. I installed another new yellow and got the same message. I made sure the contacts were clean on both ink cartridges and still nothing. I went to Staples and purchased a genuine HP 951XL for almost 3 times as much money as the remanufactured item and it worked as soon as I put it in. It sucks we have two full yellow cartridges that will have to go in the trash and we will have to go back to buying over priced HP ink cartridges at Staples. We are very disappointed.

The new cartridges crashed my printer. Works when I switched back. Not recommended.
