My HP Officejet Pro 8620 accepts this cartridge at first and before half a page prints tells me that it is damaged. I've tried this on more than cartridge with the same results. I believe this is HP's way of making us buy their original cartridges. Will have to return what I bought.

HP inks are always reliable. What is even better is that Staples gives you next day or 2nd day delivery. We appreciate the service we get from Staples.

These ink cartridges work exactly the same as HP plus they are less expensive. The packaging is more compact and with the zip lock bag much easier to store and reuse. Thanks Staples
