Understand at the outset…this is an HP issue NOT a Staples issue. HP ( and just about every computer printer manufacturer) overprices their ink. Given the quantity of Macs & PCs out there there’s simply no reason why printer ink should be so expensive. I applaud HP for “remanufacturing” their cartridges and I’ll reserve judgement on how well it works for when I actually install them in my printer but the cartridges themselves are still horrendously overpriced. The price for new cartridges is quite frankly obscene. I am happy that Staples does give you the option of the “cheaper" product.

I am very dissatisfied with this refilled cartridge. I have streaks throughout the pages and it's only from the colors that are red hued. It happened as soon as I put the cartridge in and I have cleaned the print heads and done a factory check on it...not an issue that the print heads are damaged and need replaced. True HP ink cartridges are fine just this Staples refilled one is terrible. Not nearly worth the little bit I saved.
