Great laminating sheet

I use this product often. It's not only for laminating full size documents. I also use it to stick smaller paper notes to walls, because it is not as harsh and sticky on some wall finishes as regular cellophane tape. It also does not have as much problem doing the wrinkly thing when putting it on full-size documents as some other brands laminating sheets.

Quick one side laminating!

I needed to find a one side laminating solution for some magnetic labels I made for our coffee airpots. Naturally, I looked to Avery and found these 73601 Self-Adhesive Laminating Sheets! Now our airpot labels (for which I used Avery 3270 magnet sheets) not only cling to the airpots but we can write the date and time the coffee was brewed on the laminated side with a China marker (grease pencil)! Perfect solution and so elegant!

difficult to peel

Purchased this product to laminate recipe cards to display with ingredients of food items on display. Had a very hard time getting the sheet to peel properly. Had to use tweezers to get glue sheet to dislodge from protective sheet, Finally managed and was happy with finished project. Not happy with the difficulty to prepare sheets for use. Went to Youtube and they had no problem. Maybe just a bad batch. will use what I bought for sure.

Protect those important documents!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Avery Self-Adhesive Laminating Sheets are perfect for protecting anything from important legal documents to children’s school work. I used the sheets to laminate my marriage license. I had a hard time laminating the form correctly. Fortunately the laminating sheets are forgiving and I was able to remove the laminate without tearing the document. I recommend peeling away the backing as you place the laminate on the document. That prevents getting finger prints on the laminate.

Avery Self-Laminating sheets are so easy to use. All you need is a pair of scissors and a laminating sheet to start laminating everything in the office. The gridlines on the backing help you straight cut to the size you need. In the office protect your quick reference sheets. At home they work perfect to protect labels on containers in the pantry. I've even been known to get out the scissors and a laminating sheet when tape won't do for a craft project.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to use

Used to be amazing

They changed how they make this product. It is no longer perfectly clear. They now have a speckled texture that don’t lay down smoothly and clearly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to laminate my four auto insurance cards for our cars. It wasn't what I thought, but yet, it did the job. I feel like the "2 sheets" statement is a little deceiving. If you have a large item, you have to use both sheets. If you have little items, you could, I suppose, use one sheet and fold over. I used both sheets for the four cards as they were almost the 9x12 size after leaving room between each one for the seal. These sheets do have a different feel than laminating machine laminate, but, as long as you get the seal all away around, your product is safe. I did have to read the instructions multiple times before I felt I understood the process.
