This are my favorite binders they are just durable elegant and I have a variety of colors which make it easy to identify. My work personal and business is the home of Staples View Binders.

I love these binders. They have lasted over two years now. One suggestion though . . . PLEASE make the 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 D-ring with a 2" and/or 3" capacity. Thanks

This style of binder I first purchased a few years ago. I purchase staples sheet protectors insert my papers in them and then into the binder. I review the binder contents of four binders once per week two binders monthly and others periodically. Other people of varying ages handle these binders too. I have two that are handled regularly by children under the age of eight years old. I love the many colours and sizes. This binder has a clear cover on the front in order to insert a cover page. This binder has a tab to write a title and insert it in the spine for viewing. This way you know what it is when it's on a bookshelf. This binder had D rings which are an asset. This binder has an easy to open D rings tab. I recommend this binder to anyone that wants a long lasting high quality binder. I also suggest you insert pages back to back in Staples sheet protectors.

Staples Better View Binder

These binders stand out because of their quality and performance. Not only do we use these for office files we also use these to give to our clients with their documents. The cost may seem higher than you would like to see but in this case "you get what you pay for".

I bought this to use to organize me coupons. It wasn't quite large enough so I went back and bought the same notebook in a larger size. I like that it has just one button that opens the rings. Thank you.
