I have been buying these binders for my husband for many years. He is a pastor and uses them for his sermons. This smaller size is perfect for his half size 8 1/2' by 11' pages. I would have given a 5 star rating if they did not have the plastic around the cover for presentations. They are the same brand I have always purchased however we don't need the "view" part of it. That said these handy binders are a good size for saving space when storing. The black color is classy. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to organize office papers into a smaller space.

I bought this binder to keep track of my monthly bills. I typed a list of my monthly bills including the amounts of those that are the same each month with columns for amounts and dates paid and printed it. I Made copies so that I have one for each month. It is the perfect size to hold my monthly lists and it has worked perfectly. I would recommend this idea for any older person like me that wants to keep track of bills so that if something should happen and your children have to take over for you everything they need to know is right there in one place.

Ruined the spine on my brand new binder while attempting to remove the Staples advertisement. Sad to see the reasoning for placing "additional" ads on a product which I have already purchased. They serve no legitimate purpose.
