I’ve used this particular binder style multiple times. It allows one to slip a binder label between the binder’s clear-plastic covering and the colored binder (front back and spine). Not all binders have this feature. Important note if there is any chance you might want to change a binder’s label in the future: Printer ink will eventually stick to the binder’s clear-plastic covering. To avoid this happening insert a view-graph sheet between the printed label and the binder’s clear-plastic cover (front back and spine).

I also purchased two sets of 5-tab dividers to create a section for each room in the house and graph paper to diagram each room. When I buy anything for the new house I download the picture price and where I bought it for future reference. It comes in very handy for future reference.
